About Me

Your instructor Raju Neelakandan.

I have more than 30 years of experience working as a physical therapist and teaching yoga, flexibility, and strength. I have 25 years of experience in teaching and doing yoga.

With the unique blend of both professions, I am able to use my knowledge and talents to build a program that focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, posture, breathing, and general well-being.

I currently offer yoga, strength training and fitness session for three of the top golf club communities in Naples, FL.
